1933
Robert Goeldlin, director for one of the most important
moving and forwarding Companies located in the Italian Capital, resigns
from his position in order to create his own company. At the beginning
the entire activity was dedicated to the French Embassies and French
Institutions in Italy for which he becomes the Official Forwarders.
1941
Acknowledgment of the firm "Robert Goeldlin" in the Italian
International Forwarding Register (Italian Law n° 1441) and
registration in the FEDESPEDI (Italian International
Forwarders Federation).
1944
Robert brings in his son Mario who returns to Rome after
more than 4 years working for the most important moving Company in
Luzern, Switzerland (Lothar Thoeni A.G.)

1950
Registration into the new created F.I.D.I., International
Federation of the International Moving Companies, in which flow together
hundreds of strictly selected moving Companies from 5 Continents.
1958
The second son Carlo joins in the Company his father Robert
and his brother Mario.
1959
The firm receive the T.I.R., International Road Union,
agreement. The first Company in the Rome Area to receive this distinction.
1965
First moving Company in Italy to purchase a fleet of metal containers
(10-16-24 cbm capacity) duly registered to the Italian Railways.
1973
The General Assembly of A.I.T.I., Italian International
Moving Association, elect Carlo to the presidency of the Association.
1994
Carlo is joined by his son Alain who returns in Rome
after a 4 years stage at Marcel Schneider S.A., one
of the best Swiss moving firms located in Lausanne, Switzerland.
1996
Chantal, after having taken the Swiss Federal High-Level
Certificate in Lausanne, Switzerland, joins his father Carlo
and his brother Alain taking the responsibility of the Accounting
Department of Goeldlin Transport.
2000
Goeldlin Transport participates to the foundation and constitution
in Italy of the Moving Group "I Professionisti del Trasloco"
under the ombrella of the French Group "Les Gentlemen du
Déménagement".
2000
Signing in Salzburg (Austria) of the Declaration of Cooperation
between the Groups:
