Moreover, the contents of each package will be reported in an
inventory in two copies of which one copy countersigned will
be given to me from their foreman.

before the beginning of the works the reception of one insurance policy "ALL RISKS" stipulated on the base of my effective necessities, issued exclusively at my name in which will appear also:

about the possible Customs restrictions
existing in the Country in which I will move myself (concerning my motorcar,
my motorcylce, my plants, my cat, my vintage and my alcoholic reserve),
as well as their assistance for the preparation of all necessary documentation
for export and import Customs formalities.
The co-ordination and the total supervision of the shipment from my present residence to my new residence abroad. |
